1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached

  • Sale items and custom orders are not returnable

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe)

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos and a description. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.
